The vision of the Williams Lake Resort Community will be fulfilled on a spectacular, forested landscape of nearly 800 acres. The land is located in the heart of the Hudson Valley, just 90 miles north of New York City.
This land encompasses three pristine lakes, 19th-century historic resources, an extensive trail network including the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail and an incredible diversity of plant and animal species.
We maintain two-thirds of the land under permanent conservation for wildlife habitat, recreational events such as Nordic skiing, mountain biking and triathlons, and nature-based education.
The Williams Lake Project is partnered with public and private conservation agencies to protect critical habitat for endangered species.
The resort will provide a quiet, retreat-to-nature experience focused on the environment, wellness, and outdoor recreation. The resort will also feature green infrastructure and buildings designed to high standards of environmental sustainability.
