Hudson Valley Summer Swim
We are thrilled to have Williams Lake open for Summer Swim Weekends! We have had more than 2500 swimmers come to the beach so far, which have included school groups, campers, locals, season pass holders, families, & visitors from out of town and all over the Hudson Valley.
If you haven’t had the chance to visit yet, time is running out! The lake will be open this weekend (8/22 – 8/24) and the next (8/29 – 8/31) with the addition of Labor Day (9/1) from 12 PM – 7 PM.
The beaming sun has kept the water warm, allowing for a pleasant swim even on the cooler days – just bring a sweatshirt for once you’re out of the lake and you’ll be set! We are also conveniently located along the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail for any bikers who wish to take a dip and cool off.
Thanks again to all of our sponsors and staff that have allowed for Summer Swim to be such a success. Don’t forget, our profits from admission fees will be donated to the Rosendale Pool Fund. We hope to see you at the lake this weekend!
